Registration

This trip will be open (first come, first serve) to any students in the RHS Orchestra program. The trip is optional, but students from all orchestras and all grade levels are encouraged to attend.
Deadline to Register:  Monday, October 10
Payment Schedule: 
  1. 25% of the trip cost due October 14, 2022 + insurance premium (if selected)
  2. 25% of the trip cost due November 18, 2022
  3. 25% of the trip cost due January 6, 2023
  4. Remaining Balance due February 1, 2023
Total Cost before Trip Insurance (see below) $1839

All payments will be made directly to Bob Rogers Travel through the online portal.

Trip Insurance

All payments made to Bob Rogers Travel are non-refundable without the purchase of additional trip protection, which is available during the registration process. Bob Rogers Travel highly recommends you purchase the “Enhanced” plan, as it includes a Cancel For Any Reason provision. This allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a 75% refund.

Enhanced Protection also includes Cancel For Any Reason (including COVID-19 situations).  This optional protection allows you to cancel your scheduled travel arrangements and receive 100% of the prepaid non-refundable trip-payments for any covered reason. Cancellations for any non-covered reason will receive a refund of 75% of the prepaid, non-refundable payments. Cancellation must be made two days or more prior to trip departure.

Chaperones

A few male and female chaperones will be needed to accompany us on this trip. Please contact Hannah Smith if this is something you are interested in. Chaperones will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis and will responsible for paying their trip costs in full. Chaperones will also be expected to help supervise students throughout the trip.

Instruments

Violins and Violas will transport their instruments as the carry-on bag for their trip.  
Cellos and Basses will rent their instruments.  ​More details coming.
