Registration
This trip will be open (first come, first serve) to any students in the RHS Orchestra program. The trip is optional, but students from all orchestras and all grade levels are encouraged to attend.
Deadline to Register: Friday, September 15, 2023
Payment Schedule:
All payments will be made directly to Bob Rogers Travel through the online portal.
Payment Schedule:
- $100 deposit due September 22, 2023 + insurance premium (if selected)
- 25% of the trip cost minus deposit due October 20, 2023
- 25% of the trip cost minus deposit due November 17, 2023
- 25% of the trip cost minus deposit due January 5, 2024
- Remaining Balance due February 2, 2024

Trip Insurance
All payments made to Bob Rogers Travel are non-refundable without the purchase of additional trip protection, which is available during the registration process. Bob Rogers Travel highly recommends you purchase the “Enhanced” plan, as it includes a Cancel For Any Reason provision. This allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a 75% refund.

Enhanced Protection
(7.02% of trip cost) The Enhanced Protection Plan includes non-insurance assistance services plus insurance benefits including: ✔️ Trip Cancellation ✔️ Baggage ✔️ Medical Expenses ✔️ Trip Interruption ✔️ Baggage Delays ✔️ Travel Delays Enhanced Protection also includes Cancel For Any Reason (including COVID-19 situations). This optional protection allows you to cancel your scheduled travel arrangements and receive 100% of the prepaid non-refundable trip-payments for any covered reason. Chaperones
A few male and female chaperones will be needed to accompany us on this trip. Please contact Hannah Smith if this is something you are interested in. Chaperones will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis and will responsible for paying their trip costs in full. Chaperones will also be expected to help supervise students throughout the trip.

Instruments
All students will bring their personal instruments with them on the trip. Cellos and basses will be stored underneath the motor coaches, and violins/violas will be stored in the overhead bins. Hard cases are recommended for cellos.
